By the way, we all know AARP as the non-profit that advocates and offers discounts for the over 50 crowd. But adult caregivers can be much younger than 50 years old. On the AARP website, anyone can access the "Caregiving" tab, which is located on the menu on their home page header. 

You don't have to be over 50 or an AARP member to access the wealth of caregiving resources on their website. There's vital information like how to get caregiver relief, where to find respite care, and how to balance work, life, and caregiving responsibilities. Here's the link to the AARP home page.
