1-866-3-HUNGRY or 1-877-8-HAMBRE (for Spanish) from Monday through Friday (7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET).

Staff at the National Hunger Hotline connects callers with emergency food providers in their community. They also provide information on government assistance programs and other social services.
